SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

New Year Update: Due to the rising cases of COVID-19 in the UK shipping times are taking longer, please be aware of this when making an order with Verbena Lune. If shipping stops to your certain country after you have placed an order, refunds can be sent out. However, if the product has been shipped and postage then stops to your country it should still reach you.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for dispatch of orders. 
  • Update: Shipping times are longer due to the rise in Covid Cases in the UK, please be patient with your orders arriving. 
    If you need assistance with your order please use the contact us page and I will do my best to help. Thank you! 
  • If there is a significant delay to your order being shipped we will contact you to let you know.
  • Please be aware that due to COVID-19 shipping times may take longer than stated
  • Shipping costs are based on the weight and value of the order and your location.
  • We ship via Royal Mail tracked and/or signed, if you are overseas from the UK delivery times will vary.
  • All packages are Tracked and/or tracked and signed for, for your peace of mind, and ours.
  • You will receive an email confirming when your order has been fulfilled and shipped by us. 
  • If your order is damaged during transit, please let us know immediately so that we can issue a complaint with Royal Mail. We will not be held responsible for any damages once it has left our hands. Any problems within the transit period shall be reported to Royal Mail. 
  • We will always try our best to rectify any issues.
  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • You must pay to return the item yourself, and send it back to us addressed to the PO Box on the parcel. Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If your return is approved we will notify you and will initiate a refund to your payment card. 

  • Shipping costs are not refundable and you are responsible for shipping the returned items back to us.
  • Any extra charges to pick up your item once it has been delivered will not be paid for by us. We only pay to ship your order to the address stated. Any further fees must be paid for by the customer.
  • Readings are non refundable once they have been written and sent out, as they are not a physical product.

  • All parcels are sent via Royal Mail tracked or tracked and signed. 

Delivery Time frame

  • Tracked and Singed - UK and Ireland: 3-5 business days postage
  • Tracked and signed- Rest of the world 5-7 days (Up to 14) business days.
  • Please be aware that due to COVID-19 some orders may take longer to arrive to you.
